View in browser | Distributed by Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS) The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) wants to remind stakeholders that the Medicaid Program; Temporary Increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) interim final rule's reopened public comment period closes tomorrow.  This notice re-opens the comment period on the November 6, 2020 interim final rule that set forth certain requirements for states receiving the temporary FMAP increase.
