Reminder: Submit public comments for the Medicaid Program; Temporary Increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE); Reopening of Public Comment Period by October 27th

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) wants to remind stakeholders that the Medicaid Program; Temporary Increase in Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) interim final rule's reopened public comment period closes tomorrow.  This notice re-opens the comment period on the November 6, 2020 interim final rule that set forth certain requirements for states receiving the temporary FMAP increase.

CMS is accepting public comments until October 27th.  Please ensure that any comment that you want to be considered by CMS is submitted here by the deadline: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2022/09/27/2022-20973/medicaid-program-temporary-increase-in-federal-medical-assistance-percentage-fmap-in-response-to-the
