Former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque and 11 other individuals considered "persons of interest" in the illegal POGO hub in Porac, Pampanga, have been placed under immigration lookout on orders of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla.
Still on POGOs -- as the gaming hubs have been ordered to wind down their operations, some House members are asking whether it is possible to legalize the now-banned "e-sabong" to recoup the alleged economic losses from the POGO ban.

Oil spill-hit fishers, vendors to be paid
Some 31,000 fishermen and vendors in Cavite have been assured of compensation amounting to P350 a day, for a total package of around P12 million, to make up for lost livelihood due to the oil spill from the sunken tanker MT Terranova. The amount was agreed upon in a meeting held on Tuesday between Gov. Jonvic Remulla and the company operating the tanker.
