1115 Waiver Demonstration - Michigan Reentry Services Demonstration

The demonstration includes a Reentry demonstration that requests coverage for certain pre-release services to eligible individuals who are incarcerated in state prisons, local county jails, and/or juvenile facilities and who are returning to the community. The federal comment period will be open from October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024.
