In Ray County, Missouri, an Amazon package delivery proved deadly for one driver. Deputies got the call at around 7:00 p.m. last night to visit a home in Excelsior Springs. The town only has about 10,000 residents, and neighbors were concerned about an Amazon van that had been parked there for several hours. When deputies arrived, they found the man's body in a yard, but that wasn't all they found. Here's why there were a total of three deaths by the time the night was over. (read more)

President Biden looked a little lost in the woods yesterday afternoon. But he was only lost in the White House garden. It all happened after the 79-year-old, and first lady Jill Biden had just planted a tree in honor of groundskeeper Dale Haney's 50 years of working at the White House. The president then walked off into the garden before turning around and asking, "Where are we going?" Realizing that the exchange was likely caught in the audio of the recordings, he then asked, "What if I want to go that way?" Take a look at what he then had to say about his "freedom." He has done it once more. Biden keeps thinking that Kamala is president. Yesterday was a challenging day for Biden. During a ceremony to plant trees, he became disoriented and lost his way. It was Jill, his wife, who had to round him up once more. Biden has referred to Kamala more than once in the past as "president." During his statement on the dangers of nuclear weapons, Biden referred to Kamala as "President." Joe Biden was discussing one of the most important issues facing the world, but he seems to have forgotten that Kamala is only the Vice President and not the President. And now he's done it again. It's rather frightening when you think about it. (read more)

Nobody likes to hear that the value of their portfolio is declining. The smartest investors in the world know that down markets are the best times to be a net buyer of equities, though. The Nasdaq Composite index, which is stacked with growth businesses, has fallen by almost 30.6% since the end of 2021 due to investor anxiety over rising interest rates and the potential recession they could bring about. In times like these, investors who are scared of what might occur in the near future sell their stocks, causing prices to fall lower than they should. Smart long-term investors have been buying up shares of these freshly discounted growth businesses because they know it's only a matter of time before the market recovers. This is why. (read more) |

A Maryland couple that is supposed to close on a new home this week were in for quite the surprise when they rode past their new house and saw moving trucks in the driveway. As it turns out, random people were moving into the vacant home. The next day, the people were still at the house and were refusing to leave. "It's been a nightmare, my clients are very angry, very upset," said the couple's realtor, Melea King. "They are honestly having remorse or second thoughts if they want to move forward at this time. It's a mess." With the couple set to close this week, they have been exploring all options to get the unwanted house guests out. They most recently called a Prince George's County police officer to the home for assistance. But things didn't go as planned when the officer visited the home. (read more) |
