I have to agree with Donald Trump, what just happened to his Mar-a-Lago home does sound more like something that you'd see in a Banana Republic. Not the constitutional republic of the United States of America. News broke of the raid shortly after 8:00pm EST yesterday evening, while Donald Trump was away in New York. But he was quick to respond to the descent of FBI agents who weren't searching for anything to do with the January 6th committee hearings. Instead, this had to do with his suspected possession of classified materials. "Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before," the former president explained. Money managers with more than $100 million in assets under management are required to file Form 13F with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) quarterly. A 13F is effectively an under-the-hood look at what the brightest money managers have been buying, selling, and holding in the most recently ended quarter. A recent sighting of the Loch Ness Monster turned out to be an escaped alpaca going for a swim. People naturally assumed it was the mythical creature when a long-necked figure was seen in the infamous waters. However, this time, that assumption was not the case. It turns out a herd of the South American mammals had escaped from a nearby enclosure and had decided to go for a swim. One, with its neck protruding from the water, looked remarkably like the iconic shot of Nessie. An image of an alpaca in the loch was shared on social media, and people soon began making jokes about the situation. "Cue the Nessie sightings from the other side of the loch." (read more) |

A dermatologist from southern California named Yue Yu was arrested last week after allegedly poisoning her husband, Jack Chen. Chen had told police he had been suffering from an unexplained ailment for nearly a month, so he grew suspicious and set up a hidden camera. "His condition became increasingly worse and based on the husband examining his routine and looking at what could be causing it, he grew suspicious of his wife and put a hidden camera in place that captured her poisoning him," said Irvine police Lt.
