The Senate approved a $900 billion stimulus measure after days of frenetic talks and months of congressional inaction while the coronavirus ravaged the country.
The relief package, which passed the House earlier Monday night, also includes $1.4 trillion to fund the government through September and marks the last major legislation of the current Congress.
