One Senator, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, played a deep fake of his voice created by AI. He asked about the potential for disinformation and AI-fueled crime. I don’t know what Altman’s biggest nightmare is… but I can guarantee you it isn’t millions of jobs being lost to AI. After all, when AI takes over to that extent, it will make him very rich.
