Thankful for the Present, Excited for the Future With a record number of people expected to travel for Thanksgiving, chances are you're on the road, about to get on the road, or preparing for people coming from the road.
I'm sure you're busy, so I'll keep this brief. I just wanted to reach out before things get crazy to wish you a happy Thanksgiving and tell you how thankful I am that you're on this investing journey with me.
My wife, sons, and I fortunately drive a short distance for the Thanksgiving meal with family, so we don't fight the traffic or the airport crowds.
I'm not political, but I like that our nation still sets aside a day each year for us to think about and be grateful for our blessings.
I am most thankful for the people in my life – my wife, my sons, my parents, my sister and her family, and my friends. And while they're not technically people, I thankful for my dogs, who are also part of the family.
I'm thankful for all the people I work with at my research firm and at TradeSmith.
As an investor, I'm thankful that the market continues perform as the data tells us to expect, and that the future remains filled with such big potential.
I'm thankful that all the time, hard work, and money I put into developing my Quantum Edge system produced exactly the results I hoped for.
I'm thankful that I can use that system to help people find the best stocks in the market with the highest probability of growing their wealth. Our portfolios in TradeSmith Investment Report and Quantum Edge Pro are exceeding my historical average win rate of about 70%. In TradeSmith Investment Report, 23 of our 25 (92%) stocks are making us money with an average return of 24.5%, as I write this.
And in Quantum Edge Pro, where we focus on smaller companies, 20 of 25 stocks (80%) are making us money with an average return of 29.9%.
In both cases, we have way more winners than losers, and our wins are significantly bigger than our losses.
This is not get-rich-quick investing, but it is a proven path to building wealth. I'm thankful for the results we're getting because I'm thankful for the trust you put in me to help you reach your financial goals.
I'm also incredibly thankful that I decided to leave the Wall Street game years ago and now have the opportunity to help people like you with their investing. Next to my family, it's the best decision I ever made.
And finally, I'm thankful for you, whether you're a member of Power Trends, TradeSmith Investment Report, Quantum Edge Pro, or all three. Your kind words, your own expressions of gratitude, and your trust mean the world to me.
