Leaders, It’s Time to Train

The best leaders aren't forged by reading books or watching videos. When it comes down to it, true expertise comes from experience. Real leaders are built not just by reading, watching, listening and studying, but by doing. Taking action. Experiencing things firsthand.  That being said, in order to be ready for any potentially high-stakes scenario… We need to train. The volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of our modern world is increasing at an exponential rate. A study by IBM found that 79% of CEOs anticipate greater complexity in the future, but less than half feel their organizations are prepared to manage it. Most leaders will not be prepared for the VUCA events to come.
