PRACTICE OR HABIT TO TRY

Breath and Visualization Practice: Find a quiet spot, sit comfortably, and close your eyes. Set a timer for 5-10 minutes. Begin by taking deep breaths in and out through your nose using a 5x5 box breathing technique. As you inhale for a count of 5, visualize a serene, glowing orb of light at your solar plexus. When you hold your breath for a count of 5, imagine the light expanding and filling your entire being with peace. As you exhale slowly through your nose for a count of 5, see the light gently contracting and drawing you deeper into relaxation. Pause for another count of 5, remaining immersed in the tranquil light. Continue this cycle for the duration of your session. Practice daily to enhance inner peace and sharpen your focus. Stay calm, stay sharp.
