Entitled "Dear Governor" it's a video of DeSantis reading letters from his Florida constituents that share the story of his record. And it's powerful. Take a look and reply back to let me know what you think about it. (read more) |

Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida on Thursday dismissed liberal State Attorney Andrew Warren. During a news conference that was live-streamed on social media, DeSantis made the declaration. The governor contended that laws passed by the legislature that ban juvenile sex change procedures and abortions have been routinely ignored by Warren. According to officials, Warren has frequently attempted to establish himself as a judge who decides what laws will be enforced in the state of Florida. (read more) |

The market entered a terrible bear market in 2022, taking investors on a wild rollercoaster. But if history is any guide, bear markets are short-lived, and a new bull market is always just around the corner. A woman in Florida was arrested for driving drunk, but her vehicle of choice was a bit bizarre. The 58-year-old woman was driving a golf cart while under the influence of alcohol. She also had an open bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey in the golf cart with her. But where she chose to drive the golf cart was pretty mind-blowing. She chose Interstate 95 of all places - Florida's busiest interstate. A semi-truck driver spotted the drunken woman on the golf cart in Titusville, which is the heart of Florida's Space Coast.
The driver called 911 to report it, but she also decided to take matters into her own hands to protect the woman and other drivers so something bad wouldn't happen while she was waiting for cops to respond. Here's what the truck driver did next. (read more) |

Co-pilot Charles Hew Crooks, 23, leapt out of a plane on Friday in North Carolina, and now a 911 call reveals the likely reason why. Two Federal Aviation Administration employees could be heard saying that the co-pilot reported Crooks jumped out of the damaged plane before it had a chance to make an emergency landing at Raleigh Durham International Airport. "This is from Raleigh Airport. We have a pilot who was inbound to the field. His co-pilot jumped out of the aircraft. He made impact to the ground and here are the coordinates," an FAA air traffic controller said on the recording. Crooks' body was later found in the backyard of a home in Fuquay Varina, which was about 30 miles south of the airport. The aircraft made the landing about 18 minutes after the call came in. Crooks was also a certified flight instructor. His friends and family say that jumping out of a plane just doesn't sound like something he would do. Here's what else they have revealed about the mysterious incident. (read more) |
