Check star ratings to compare the quality of different health & drug plans. Preview Coverage Options Create or log into your secure Medicare account to: Add your prescription drugs and local pharmacies to help you compare drug costs. See if there are any changes to your current coverage next year. Compare benefits and costs in your current plan to other options available in your area. Remember: When comparing your choices, look at the estimated "Yearly Drug & Premium Cost." A plan with the lowest monthly premium may not always offer you the lowest total cost.
