President Joe Biden on Thursday hailed the release of four Americans from Russia as part of one of the biggest and most complex prisoner swaps in U.S. history. "Now their brutal ordeal is over, and they're free," Biden said in a speech from the White House State Dining Room, flanked by family members of the released prisoners. "It's an incredible relief." The freed Americans include Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and Marine veteran Paul Whelan.
