In our latest blog, we evaluate which metrics are the most informative to track before, during, and after your live event.
For example, pre-webinar, you definitely want to look at how many people are registering. This gives you a great idea of how strong your promo efforts are for the event.
During the event, we recommend looking at attendee drop-offs. If you discover a lot of people leave around the same time, that's something to investigate so you can tweak future event content or format.
After the webinar, it's time to look at brand awareness and find out what people are saying about your brand. Did you make a big impression?
