Not only that, but I gave a trade idea in Robinhood (HOOD) just yesterday for earnings… And if you got into the $12 weekly calls, you could have more than doubled your money on this morning’s massive 15% pop in shares of HOOD! But enough of what’s behind us… Let’s look at what could be next.  I’m very bullish on this market, but we’re really overextended after the face-ripping rally of the past few weeks — chip stocks especially, where I expect we’ll see some profit taking.  In fact, I’m up to about ⅓ cash in my personal investment portfolio as I take profits and move some money to the sidelines.  I have two reasons for this:    1. We could use a healthy pullback based on market internals.  2. This is also a seasonally typical time to see a pullback of 5% or so.  I didn’t make this move out of fear, but rather more so greed. I want to set myself up with plenty of cash to load up yet again later this month...  Because if we do indeed get that healthy dip, I expect we’ll rip higher again. Anyone who’s been trading for a while knows it’s hard to time the market.
