It’s projected to be 10X bigger than the electric vehicle revolution… Which turned an early $500 investment in Tesla into $207,000. And it will be bigger than the solar power revolution… Which would have turned a $2,500 investment in Enphase Energy into over $1 million. This is the gretaest energy investing opportunity of our lifetimes. And the best part is… According to Bloomberg, President Biden has “almost guaranteed” that investors will have a shot at making a fortune from this brand new type of energy. The Fed has been raising interest rates to control inflation. It hasn't exactly been working. In fact, a growing number of investors are worried the aggressive action will lead to a recession. Others are worried about stagflation. But when it comes to the automotive industry, Elon Musk is worried that these rate hikes may have created an untenable situation in the world of auto financing. "That simply isn't the case in this market." And this is the crushing economic blow they see coming next. (read more)

On Monday, the House Jan. 6 committee will convene for what is anticipated to be the last time, and the panel is anticipated to take action against former president Trump and his supporters. After an almost 18-month investigation, the committee, which summoned Trump in October, will submit its final conclusions. All eyes are on whether Trump himself will be involved in the action, however it is also anticipated that the Justice Department may get multiple criminal referrals. It is yet unknown whether the former president has complied with the panel's request for information, despite having announced his run for the White House in 2024 just last month. (read more)

Javon Latibeaudiere, 26, and Madelin Ramirez Solano, 21, were both suspended from the NYPD after they were caught engaging in sexual relations in a bathroom stall at the department's training academy. They both joined the department in July and were both assigned to the day tour. Latibeaudiere, who is a Marine veteran, left the service in 2019 and graduated from Pace University this year. In a 2019 interview, he said that his transition to civilian life had been challenging. "When you're in the military, they don't technically prepare you to leave the military. People don't have the right resume, they don't know how to translate what they learned in the military to real-life skills," Latibeaudiere stated. Here's what the NYPD has said regarding the scandal.
