Diagnostic Errors in the Emergency Department: A Systematic Review
(Systematic Review, Released on December 15, 2022)

The purpose of the review is to determine the most frequent diseases and clinical presentations associated with diagnostic errors (and resulting harms) in the Emergency Department, measure error and harm frequency, as well as assess causal factors.
