Systematic Review Now Available Diagnostic Errors in the Emergency Department: A Systematic Review (Systematic Review, Released on December 15, 2022) The purpose of the review is to determine the most frequent diseases and clinical presentations associated with diagnostic errors (and resulting harms) in the Emergency Department, measure error and harm frequency, as well as assess causal factors.   About us: AHRQ's Effective Health Care Program is committed to providing the best available evidence on the outcomes, benefits and harms, and appropriateness of drugs, devices, and health care services and by helping health care professionals, patients, policymakers, and health care systems make informed health care decisions.
