The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Standards Group (NSG) invites you to register for a listening session about the Modifications to the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) Retail Pharmacy Standards and Adoption of a New Pharmacy Subrogation Standard proposed rule that was released on November 9th. The listening session will be held on Wednesday, November 30th from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. ET.

The listening session will provide a public forum for CMS to hear feedback on the proposed rule. The call will cover the following topics:

  • Background on the current standards.
  • What the proposed rule would do.
  • How to submit comments on the proposed rule.

We encourage participants to ask questions during the question-and-answer session at the end of the listening session.
