While these kinds of hypothetical gains are well and good, what I appreciated most about this episode was that the podcast host wasn't afraid to ask the tough questions, like...
How did the model perform in previous corrective phases where there was a drawdown of 50% or more in the total market cap of the overall crypto market, specifically, how did the system perform last May?
Now, before I tell you how Michael answered, this was quite refreshing to me as I never got the feeling I was listening to yet another self-proclaimed "successful trader" making unsubstantiated claims, boasting about how they made a mint, only for the host to sit back and nod in agreement.
As a matter of fact, Michael had and shared all the proof to back up each and every one of his claims, including:
- Weekly profit and loss sheet for the last 57 weeks
- Growth of 1 BTC in the model
- Growth of $10K in the model
- Weeks that produced a gain vs. weeks that produced a loss so far
- The logged in, dashboard view of each and every one of his actual exchange accounts...
This is a level of granularity rarely seen nowadays, and when you watch this episode of the podcast you'll be able to see them all live, and in living color.
