Person of interest identified in Brooklyn subway shooting

The NYPD released a photo of a man named Frank James, who officials said is a person of interest in the shooting that took place on a subway car in Brooklyn Tuesday morning. Ten people were shot and over a dozen suffered other injuries, officials said.
