Image source Canva America hasn't been back to the moon since 1952, but the Artemis I mission is hoping to change that. And it's preparing for the most crucial test so far over the weekend.
The 322-foot-tall rocket stack starts a "wet dress rehearsal" this Friday. The testing is expected to continue through Sunday. If it passes the test, that will move the Artemis I launch for an uncrewed mission beyond the moon and then return back to Earth.
Only after all of that will we plan to land the first woman and the first person of color onto the lunar surface by 2025.
Here's a look at what all needs to happen this weekend.

Image source: Canva So, I'm curious... What has been your reaction so far to the Will Smith slap?
Seemingly everyone has something to say about the slap that echoed across America.
Will Smith apologized to the comedian earlier this week, in a statement: "I was out of line and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about my Jada's medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally."
He added: "Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night's Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable.

Image source :Canva While in Poland, President Biden said that he'd welcome another election battle with former President Trump. But based on the latest results from this Harvard CAPS-Harris survey, he may want to simmer down and focus more on doing his job.
That's because, according to the poll, Trump would wallop both President Biden and Vice President Harris in a hypothetical match-up if the 2024 election was held right now.
So just how bad would he beat them?

Image source: AP A unique house in the United Kingdom just received protected landmark status, much to the dismay of the homeowner.
Magnus Hanson-Heine's house in rural Oxford, England is now a protected landmark thanks to a shark statue that looks like it is crashing through the home's roof. Hanson-Heine is upset about the home receiving protected status because he says it goes against everything his dad stood for.
Hanson-Heine's father built the statue on top of the home in the 1980s, and while he fought to preserve it over the years, he never wanted the government to get involved because he felt they should have no right to decide what art people see and what art gets removed.
Hanson-Heine also noted the council spent years trying to have the statue removed before ultimately giving it protected status.
And while that conflict is enough to raise an eyebrow, why Hanson-Heine's father erected the odd statue on top of his home is quite the bizarre story as well.
