COVID-19 SeroHub Online Dashboard

SARS-cov2

The COVID-19 SeroHub, developed in collaboration with the NCI, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and the CDC aims to:

  • Systematically identify published and ongoing SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence studies.
  • Offer an interactive dashboard to visualize SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence estimates over time and by geography, population, and other factors.

COVID-19 SeroHub initially contains data from 40+ seroprevalence studies conducted in the U.S. by the CDC, NIH, state and local health departments, universities, and other sources. Studies will be added to the hub as they become available.

Please be sure to check the COVID-19 SeroHub regularly for updates and new data.
