You Need To Listen To Season 3 Of The Go Off, Sis Podcast In Its Entirety

We demand a lot from our podcasts: they should be engaging, feature a cast of celebrity guests, hook us from beginning to end, make us laugh (and cry), and explore important and relevant (if not, outright controversial) topics. These are the tenets of a really, really good podcast—and the third season of R29 Unbothered's podcast Go Off, Sis, brought to you by Target, hits every single one.
In broad strokes, the six-episode season revolves around the significance of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), but on a granular level, it dives into subjects like race in the world of sports, the bond of Black sisterhood, the cultural impact of TV shows about Black folks, and what the future of democracy could look like with a new administration (namely, with the first female VP of color). Star guests include everyone from WNBA basketball player Chinenye "Chiney" Ogwumike to Dear White People's Logan Browning. If you haven't already, listen to the entire season here.
