This Isn't A Healthy Bull Market
Hey traders, There are basically just a handful of stocks pushing indexes higher. This isn't good. Despite the market hovering around recent highs, it's not the sign of a healthy bull run. But there's ONE place to turn to lower your risk… | |
No need to take my word for it. You can prove it to yourself by doing the following: - Pull up one of the stocks leading the charge, NVDA for example
- Find the price of any call 30 to 40 days out into the future
- Then take that call price and divide it by the stock price. That gives you the yield.
What you'll see is that a lot of these stocks have sky high options prices. And that's where the money is. That's what I've been doing. Today I just placed a trade — with my own money — on options that expire in 2 days. And if they expire worthless, I keep 100% of the premium. To get all the details about how I'm doing this, check out this video.
