Management of Infantile Epilepsies (Systematic Review, released on October 25, 2022) The report evaluates the effectiveness, comparative effectiveness, and harms of pharmacologic, dietary, surgical, neuromodulation, and gene therapy treatments for infantile epilepsies. Pharmacologic and Nonpharmacologic Treatments for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder: 2022 Update of the PTSD Repository Evidence Base (Systematic Review, released on October 24, 2022) The purpose of the review is to identify and abstract data from randomized controlled trials examining treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and comorbid PTSD/substance use disorder to update the previous Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality report and National Center for PTSD (NCPTSD) PTSD Trials Standardized Data Repository (PTSD-Repository). The Effective Health Care (EHC) Program is interested in receiving supplemental evidence and data (SEADs) for systematic reviews that are relevant to the questions in our evidence reports. To ensure that it has full access to relevant research, whether or not it is published, the EHC Program is interested in receiving SEADs containing detailed study-specific information. Opportunities to submit scientific information are available for: Respectful Maternity Care: Dissemination and Implementation of Perinatal Safety Culture to Improve Equitable Maternal Healthcare Delivery and Outcomes (Available for submission until November 20, 2022) The purpose of this review is to address the uncertainty in measuring and identifying respectful maternity care (RMC), disrespect or abuse during childbirth, and identify effective strategies for implementing RMC in order to improve outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged populations. The goal is to define, identify, and evaluate key components of RMC, how it may be measured, and to synthesize current research on strategies to deliver RMC to inform an update of the AIM Maternal safety bundle. Specifically, this systematic review aims to inform policy makers and practice leaders by identifying and evaluating appropriate metrics and tools to assess RMC. Strategies for Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care (Available for submission until November 21, 2022) The purpose of this review is to characterize existing integration approaches, compare their effectiveness (where studies are available), document identified barriers to and facilitators of implementation and maintenance, identify appropriate metrics, and compare care team roles across currently used approaches to integration. The goal is to provide healthcare systems and clinical practices seeking to implement behavioral health and primary care integration with a foundation for practical guidance on selection, implementation, sustainability, and ongoing assessment of approaches to integrate behavioral health in primary care. (Section 944 (c) of the Public Health Service Act [42 U.S.C. 299c 3(c)] requires that information collected for research conducted or supported by AHRQ that identifies individuals or establishments be used only for the purpose for which it was supplied unless they consent to the use of the information for another purpose.) About us: AHRQ's Effective Health Care Program is committed to providing the best available evidence on the outcomes, benefits and harms, and appropriateness of drugs, devices, and health care services and by helping health care professionals, patients, policymakers, and health care systems make informed health care decisions. The program partners with research centers, academic institutions, health professional societies, consumer organizations, and other stakeholders to conduct research, evidence synthesis, evidence translation, dissemination, and implementation of research findings.
