🤓 This Meme Just Passed Ford Motors (Not Tesla)

Good morning. Ford Motors (F) was founded in 1903. In its 118 years as a company, it's been built..
It's the monthly jobs numbers today and they're not going to be pretty and will be possibly the tip of the iceberg as we head into May.

Good morning. Ford Motors (F) was founded in 1903. In its 118 years as a company, it's been built up as a giant in the automotive sector with a $48 billion valuation. But thanks to a rise in electric vehicles, the company saw Tesla Motors (TSLA) surge past it in value last year.

Now, another player is moving past. But it's not an automotive firm. Started in 2013 as a joke based off a meme, the new $50 billion player on the market is Dogecoin. The digital currency does have some use as a currency, and there's no saying when its explosive move may go higher. But just as Ford started seeing its shares move higher on news that it was developing electric vehicles, it may be time for the company to start embracing cryptos as well.

Now here's the rest of the news:

We Didn't Think This Would Happen

Last month, we shared the incredible story of Echo Trades, the trading system invented by a Tennessee farmer that helped him grow his family's trading accounts to $1.4 million in 2020. We didn't think we'd get to share access to this system again for many months… But after Jeffry's first three public Echo Trades closed as a 47.9% win on UPS, a 357.5% win on SPY, and then another unbelievable 821.05% win on SPY, Jeff and Rob Booker decided they had to open the system up for just a few more days.

Foreign Buyers Step Back from Chinese Bonds

With a rise in bond yields in other countries, foreign buyers of Chinese bonds have gone elsewhere. Shifting trends have also reduced the advantage China has had over the United States. There's still about $313 billion in Chinese bonds owned internationally, but this is the first drop since February 2019.
Consumer Savings Top $5.4 Trillion

Since the start of the pandemic, consumers have pulled back. Even with stimulus spending and a gradual rise in recent months, there remains an estimated extra $5.4 trillion in savings. That could lead to a further jump in consumer spending in the months ahead.
Supply and Demand Issues Make the Chip Shortage Tough to Overcome

A spike in demand for electronics such as computers and electric vehicles have only partially explained the shortage of semiconductor chips. A second reason is that a number of issues have been impacting supplies. A push for the highest-tech chips in the past few years has led to a shortage in less-advanced but still necessary chips.

Social audio app Clubhouse has raised capital in a Series C funding. While the specific amount of the raise wasn't mentioned, the company reports that its valuation was at $4 billion. In the meantime, a number of social media companies are working to integrate features that would lead to competition with Clubhouse.
