It's a plot riddled with intrigue.
One side says, "I like this stock."
The other says, "This stock is overvalued, short it into the ground."
It started a battle for the ages ... in the age of instant media.
It's pretty funny to see how the old school financial pundits responded…
"It doesn't make sense, the fundamentals don't support it!"
Shut up, you dinosaurs!
A stock's price isn't just about the fundamentals.
Let's not forget…
Facebook paid $1 billion for Instagram in 2012. At the time, Instagram had zero revenue.
Instagram's 2020 ad revenue is estimated to be $13.86 billion.
What does that make Instagram worth now? $50 billion? $75 billion? Maybe $100 billion?
