Global Shares Mixed After COVID-19 Vaccine News Global stock markets are mixed this morning after hopes for a potential COVID-19 vaccine only lifted a handful of regional indexes.  Monday Moderna Inc (Nasdaq: MRNA) said it's coronavirus vaccine seems to be 94.5% effective.
