Scott is the founder and former CEO of San Antonio, Texas' Freetail Brewing Company before moving to Wormtown to oversee day-to-day operations and provide support during the brewery's rapid growth. For the last seven months during the pandemic, Scott has used his economics and operational background to help optimize the flagship-driven draft business and translate their success to regional packaged retail.
