| Do you currently live in the West Region? Or do you live in a state or ZIP code moving to the West Region in 2025 as part of TRICARE's new regional contracts? If you pay enrollment fees or premiums by electronic funds transfer or recurring credit card or debit card payments, you must set up payment information with TriWest Healthcare Alliance, the incoming West Region contractor, by tomorrow, Dec. 31. If you don't take action, you'll risk getting disenrolled. Payments with the current contractor end Dec. 31. TriWest won't charge your recurring payment method before Jan. 1. To securely give your payment information to TriWest, you can: - Visit tricare.mil/west.
- Look for information and the link on how to securely set up your recurring payments.
- Select the link. Then, select the "New User? Sign Up Now" option.
- You'll be asked to input your email address. A verification code will be sent to you.
- Check your email for the verification code. Then, enter it to continue.
- Complete the information requested (name, address, etc.) in the secure forms.
- Select your payment method.
- Complete all fields.
- Submit.
You can also call TriWest customer service at 888-TRIWEST (874-9378), or complete the Automatic Monthly TRICARE Payment Set Up Request form and mail it in. Check out tricare.mil/west to learn more. Note: You don't need to take action if you pay for your coverage via military pay system allotment. You also don't need to do anything if you have TRICARE For Life, a TRICARE health plan overseas, or the US Family Health Plan. |
