Want to learn about financial strategies that worked for fellow entrepreneurs? If so, join us for a virtual workshop geared toward preparing to pursue dilutive funding on Tuesday, December 10th at 1PM Eastern. The virtual workshop, Developing a Strategic Cap Table, will open with Anthony Schiavo from Lux Research providing an overview on the impact of net-zero implementation on the oil & gas, utilities, and chemical industries. Then, Dave McCarthy will discuss cap table management aimed at helping startups understand the impact of dilution and the whos, whens and whys when thinking about taking outside funds. His presentation will feed into a panel of DOE SBIR/STTR awardees sharing their financial strategies. Following a short break, the workshop will continue with a series of reverse pitches from industry stakeholders (Clean Energy Ventures, United Airlines Ventures – Sustainable Flight Fund, Honda Xcelerator Ventures, GC Ventures and BASF Venture Capital).
