Five weeks before your webinar might feel like too soon to do anything to prep for it, but it's actually the best time to create your event and whip up your promo strategy.
From there, as the webinar creeps closer, you can start refining the content, evaluating your webcam setup, and making logistical decisions.
Things ramp up when you're only a week out, and you'll have lots to do to get the word out, get all of your materials together, and remind registrants about the event.
But the work doesn't stop once your webinar finally happens! You'll still need to follow up, repurpose content, and take care of other tasks.
This can all seem like a lot to keep track of—so don't. Use our comprehensive checklist to keep things organized next time you're planning a live webinar! |
