I wanted to share some great feedback I’ve gotten lately from members of my Trading Pit about what they’ve learned from me because it’s an important lesson for every single person who’s trading or even considering trading. And if you’re a beginner, it’s even more important for you to learn this vital skill now… One of the biggest things you must learn in order to be successful is good-old-fashioned patience. If you’re day trading, you must have rules in place about entries and exits, and what stocks you target for longs or shorts. But you also don’t strictly just trade matching setups all the time. You have to look for high-probability opportunities and take several other things into consideration like seasonality, time of day, volume, trading action and more into account. You also always have to look at the big picture. How I trade is all about context, context, context… And patience! I’m really happy to get this feedback from members of the Trading Pit because I’m constantly reinforcing messages like this, among countless others as I share my three decades of experience and build up new traders. If you’re a beginner and ready to learn more about how to day trade, I’m holding a special bootcamp for beginners starting at 8:45 a.m. ET on Monday, May 20. Go here for more details!
