Home and Community-Based Quality Measure Set Reporting Requirements for Money Follows the Person (MFP) Demonstration Grant Recipients: Informational Bulletin addressing requirements and expectations for reporting populations, timeframes, required measures, stratification, and sampling. 2024 Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Quality Measures Technical Specifications and Resource Manual: introduces a set of measures for Medicaid fee-for-service delivery systems that correspond with measures for Medicaid managed care programs.
