Reviewing some of last week's big gainers.    Last week finished off with two true penny stocks that had huge percent gains of 89% and 318%...    Are true penny stocks a new hot theme? It's too early for me to tell. But what I do know is that there's one way to stay on top of the hottest potential stocks and see the key levels to enter.    You won't catch the bottom and tops of these moves for the full percent gains…    But you can have a solid entry to base your trade plan around and catch a piece of these big moves. Sponsored How To Catch A Piece of Big Moves Atreca, Inc. (NASDAQ: BCEL) and Charge Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRGE) were both huge percent gainers on Friday…    Neither of them had news … And they don't have low floats…    But they checked a lot of other boxes.    First, they were both on Oracle.    Oracle is our stock-picking algorithm that sifts through stocks in premarket to find the ones with the potential to explode. I start every trading day looking at Oracle for the hottest stocks and it's where I get my number one watch daily.    Next, they both had insane trading volume.    So even though they aren't low float stocks, they still experienced float rotation.    That's a key criterion we want to see for stocks to have potentially huge moves.    BCEL traded 129 million shares on Friday compared to its float of 30 million.    CRGE traded 460 million shares compared to its 103 million float.    So massive float rotation — they both rotated the float multiple times.    But how do you know when to join an upward trend in the moment … as it's happening?   Again, you use Oracle.    I love using Oracle entry signals for true penny stocks. If the stock doesn't hit the signal, you can ignore it. If it does hit the signal you can enter and have a tight stop at a key level on the chart.    The entry signal for BCEL was 26 cents.  So you won't catch the bottom and top of the move. But what's more important is to have a higher odds entry with the right risk. So if you get in, you can catch a piece of the move.    And if the trade doesn't work, you end up with a small loss.  BCEL chart: 1-day, 5-minute candle — courtesy of StocksToTrade.com CRGE was on Oracle with a signal at 14 cents.  It had a 142% move from that signal!    You don't have to capture the whole move to have meaningful gains in your account.
