DACA recipients will finally get health care |

- Thursday, President Joe Biden proposed expanding access to Medicaid and Affordable Care Act coverage to undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children. [Reuters]
- Since 2012, the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program has allowed young people known as "Dreamers" to work and study in the US without facing deportation. Biden's rule would be a major expansion of that program. [Washington Post / Amy Goldstein]

The alleged Pentagon document leaker |
- Thursday, the FBI arrested Jack Teixeira, a 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guard member, in connection with the leak of highly classified Pentagon documents. [AP]
- Last week, roughly 100 documents revealing sensitive information about the war in Ukraine and US military secrets appeared on social media. [Vox / Jonathan Guyer]
- Officials think Teixeira, who works in the intelligence wing, uploaded the material to a chat group he led where two dozen members discussed video games and shared racist memes. [New York Times]
