[Vox / Ian Millhiser] The company that owned the cement and trucks sued the union for compensation, alleging that the strike destroyed its property. A Washington state court dismissed the lawsuit. [Politico / Nick Niedzwiadek] Now the Supreme Court must determine if property damaged during strikes is protected under federal law. If it is, that could place greater restrictions on walkouts.
