Dear Unbeatable Community,
Every year, the Unbeatable HQ Team looks forward to connecting with our tribe and bringing you a bounty of extraordinary experiences. As we all know, navigating this pandemic and its ever-changing regulations has been challenging. It has been the very definition of VUCA, requiring us all to be agile.
COVID-19 remains a significant challenge around the world, and with increasing concerns about the Delta variant and others, we have decided to host our upcoming Unbeatable Experience as a virtual-only event for our members.
This was a difficult decision, but it is with an abundance of caution and concern for the health and safety of our Unbeatable tribe and staff that we move forward virtually.
In order to present the most effective and valuable virtual event, we will be inviting our Tip of the Spear members to join us in Carlsbad as our live audience. These folks must present proof of vaccination or a negative PCR COVID test (rapid test results will not be accepted) in order to be able to attend in person. Hosting this smaller group will allow us to adhere more effectively to social distancing and safety protocols consistent with the state of California’s guidelines. It will also enable us to provide a more authentic virtual experience for those joining safely from home.
Given the unique nature of this year’s event, we will also be shifting from a full 3-day event to a 2-day event (September 10-11) to allow for more flexibility and enjoyment as our members experience the powerful and intense activities we have planned.
That said, we want to continue to provide our tribe with enriching, immersive -- and eventually in-person experiences -- that support your growth and development and provide opportunities for connections with your boat crews and other like-minded individuals.
