African entrepreneurs using local ingredients say 'A-Beauty' is the next big wave. Diesel-owner OTB is targeting a 'significant acquisition' in 'high-end pret-à-porter,' says Renzo Rosso. MatchesFashion will devote 15 percent of its purchasing budget to brands owned, founded or fronted by Black people by 2026.
