Large-cap tech has been lagging behind the broader stock market of late.

| | Today's top stock is one of the strongest sectors and fresh off a three-day pullback from an all-time high. The current administration is focused on infrastructure — and this steel manufacturer's business is heating up.
Most traders are turning bullish on the S&P 500 as these stocks mark the third day trading above its 50-day moving average. The Nasdaq has yet to post two days trading above its MA, so no directional bias there yet. The Russell 2000 continues its choppy trend as it's been trading mostly sideways.
