The markets, especially the Dow and S&P, find new highs, and then pull back a little, then rally, then pull back.

I know a lot of folks don't like to hear that, and heck, I don't really enjoy saying it...

I'm not always the world's happiest morning person.

But sometimes it's important to get a good start on your trading.

And I am lately realizing the value of getting up early in the morning and getting to work.

Doesn't mean you can't give yourself a break once in a while, of course you can and should.

But don't sleep in way past the market open every day and expect to find a lot of success.

Because the early bird will have beaten you to it.
