Congratulations! You Did It!!!

YOU DID IT! You should be so proud of yourself — you really showed amazing growth in the last month!

"Congratulations on completing the challenge! You've come a long way, dramatically improved your fitness level, and proved to yourself that you can become a successful runner. That's a lot to be proud of right now.

As you continue your running, you might want to get faster or finish a longer distance. No matter your goal, one of the best ways to prepare and increase your ability level is to run more. Simple, isn't it?

So after you celebrate, build upon what you've already done. Running is cumulative so what you've done over the last few weeks will only help your racing in the future. Gradually increase your weekly mileage by 5-10% every two weeks and you'll be a whole new runner in another few months. Get excited; the journey has just begun."
