Shares of Nautilus Group Inc. (NLS) are popping off, again.
Kyle Dennis actually pointed out there was options activity that actually signaled the large move in NLS, AHEAD of time.
Find out Kyle's thoughts on NLS, and how you could've followed the "smart money" into this explosive trade. |
Dear Edward Lance lorilla,
On September 9th, Citron Research sent off a series of tweets hyping up what they believe is an undervalued stock…
What's interesting is Citron is best known for its short-seller reports.
They are usually attacking companies which they believe are overvalued or even dishonest…
But that's neither here nor there.
Citron likes the stock, they have a strong following, and I don't think this is the last time they'll tweet about the stock.
Here's the thing you need to know about Nautilus (NLS) options…
They Rarely Trade
You see, on an average day the trading volume will be around 1,000 calls.
Now, compare that to an in the news stock like Nikola, which sees options trading volume average around 121K contracts per day.
In other words, if you've got a tool like the Dollar Ace Scanner, it will easily be able to sniff out any unusual options activity.
For example, on September 1st, my options scanner detected the following order:
1789 NLS Sep $10 Calls They Paid $4.197 Per Contract For A Total Of $751K In Premium
On September 2nd, it picked up on this order flow in real time:
1726 NLS Sep $15 Calls They Paid $1.88 Per Contract For A Total Of $324K In Premium
And later that day there was another order, this time $17.5 Calls In September, on 1829 contracts.
Wow..
3 single orders all above the daily options volume of NLS…
Was it Citron loading the boat before it made the tweet…
Or was the information leaked in advance…
...Or...was it simply a coincidence?
Either way, I hope you can see why having real time options flow data is so important.
At times, it can feel like you have tomorrow's paper in your hands a day in advance. These large option trades happened 8 days before Citron sent out their tweet…
...which lifted NLS to 52-week highs.
How can you start trading with such an incredible edge?
