Trump passes on Rubio, Burgum for VP pick

Donald Trump will reveal his pick for vice president within hours, his team said. And it's not Florida Sen. Marco Rubio or North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum — both have been told they will not be his running mate, according to people familiar with the conversations.
