How to Trade Stocks Like NVDA on the Cheap, and Why I’m Not Quite Sold on This Rally

We got the latest Producer Price Index on Tuesday, and the market sold off before filling the gap higher.  Late in the day, the market rallied hard into the close, and I believed we were being set up for a bull trap Wednesday morning with the Consumer Price Index coming.  But the numbers were actually at the lower end of the range, which caused the market to rally sharply.  From here, we need to watch tech closely. If the rally is going to last, then tech — the Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) — needs to lead.  If it can’t and it starts lagging, the party is over… So far ahead of lunchtime, the QQQ is leading the charge, up about 1% while the S&P 500 (SPY) is up 0.9% and the Dow is up about 240 points.  I’m not turning bearish but I find it hard to believe the market is as bullish as the behavior being exhibited right now.  That said, chip stocks are very strong, and are my No. 1 sector today — join my VIP Trade Room session at noon and I’ll show you how to trade NVDA without spending an arm and a leg up front!
