Podcast Highlights:

I had an exciting conversation with Dr. Sukhi Muker, who shared his concept of nurturing the adaptive nervous system, emphasizing its natural tendency for growth and evolution, even when uncomfortable. His scientific background, spiritual insights, and exploration of consciousness revealed some new findings on what could be the next phase of humanity's evolution. I find immense fulfillment in learning and exchanging passions with guests like this—it's truly one of my favorite aspects of hosting The Mark Divine Show.

WHAT'S INSPIRING ME & STRATEGIES IN ACTION

This past weekend marked the successful execution of our 20X and Kokoro events. The shared insights from graduating participants continue to motivate and inspire me and the other coaches- each person's reflection was about embracing humility in moments of discouragement. I couldn't agree more; humility isn't just a word—it's a tool and way of life. It's about being open to continuous growth and learning, which I've dedicated myself to for life. Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith, said, "Humility is really important because it keeps you fresh and new." This quote reminds me of the importance of staying focused in the present moment while working toward the bigger vision.

PRACTICE OR HABIT TO TRY

Being conscious, humble, and living with intent is the focus for leading yourself and others this week.

Challenge yourself to switch off your television, refrain from social media use, and avoid negative media outlets, including news and pessimistic conversations. Cultivate the warrior within by being aware of what happens when you cut out media consumption and prioritize positivity. Through this intentional pause, discover the profound impact of nurturing your mind with uplifting content like poetry, music, or connective conversations with family and friends. Journal, move more and fill the gap with something good for you.

That’s all for now! See you next week.

Hooyah!
