Why the Market Could Have Bottomed But Tesla Could Be in Big Trouble

META could be setting up for another BIG trading opportunity — join Graham live at 2 p.m. ET Thursday for the details! Why the Market Could Have Bottomed — But Tesla Could Be in Big Trouble In a bit of an ironic twist, just about every sector was up this morning outside of Technology…  During my live premarket session — join me at 8 a.m. ET each morning! — I mentioned Block (SQ) as a stock to watch, and boy is it ripping, up 6.3% as of 10:40 a.m. It pays to tune in, so be sure and join me live! While SQ is roaring higher, Tesla (TSLA), meanwhile, has been sinking all year… And it just got another downgrade from Wells Fargo, which said it could fall another 30% from here.  Here’s my read… If TSLA breaks below the channel I marked in the chart below and closes below it, it will be a true breakdown and big funds will likely begin jumping ship.  It’s holding the channel so far but if it breaks, it could be a “look out below!” situation for the struggling no longer “Magnificent 7” stock. In regard to the broad markets, one thing that’s encouraging to me at least about this week’s move is that non-FANG stocks are participating. So it’s not just Amazon (AMZN), Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL), Meta (META), Netflix (NFLX) and the like doing all the heavy lifting.  In fact, if you take a look at the Invesco S&P 500 Equal-Weight ETF (RSP), it looks very bullish!
