How stocks make big moves

the truth about predicting stock moves

Friend,

Yesterday, we talked about why I hate indicators.

If you didn't get to read that email, make sure you check your inbox for it - it's an important one (it might be a good idea to add this email address to your contact list so you don't miss any of this series).

Today, I want to tell you exactly how stocks move.

Because once you understand this, you can really understand how forecasting stocks works.

At the end of the day, news announcements or earnings or technical levels do not change the price of the stock… sure, people might react to those things leading to change, but that's not what moves a stock.

Only buying and selling moves a stock's price. That's it.

And the orders that will end up changing the price of stock do not exist in the past… they're in the present and the future.

Look at this chart:

Do you see that really big block of the color red around $11.10?

That's a massive stack of orders to sell this stock.

What do you think all that selling activity will do? It will force the price down.

So this is a key level in this stock. And we couldn't find it in the past because those orders don't exist in the past!

We could only see this by looking at where the orders will come into play.

That may sound overly simple, but it's true. And it's the biggest reason people misread the market.

They don't pay attention to the core, fundamental reason stocks move: buyers and sellers.

So they ignore the orders that will end up impacting the price of the very stock they're trying to trade!

It seems crazy that the most important element of trading could be ignored by the masses, but that's exactly what the mainstream information available to investors has created.

When I realized how the markets really work and how confused most self-directed investors were, it became my mission to share the truth with everyone I could.

In fact, that's why I launched Cyber Trading University.

See, I wasn't willing to just write a book or share some insights… I wanted to show people how to trade the right way.

I teach my students in a live trading room every day. I am there with them in the trenches so they can see how this approach works in real markets.

Because I know just throwing more information at people is not a plan to help them succeed.

But trading with them in real markets is an incredible way to help people.

And, to this day, I invite anyone and everyone to spend a week in my live trading room to put myself out there and prove what I do works.

In fact, you can try out my trade room today, if you want to join me in a trial.

That's how easy I want it to be for people to break away from old habits and bad information and see how successful trading is done.

I hope you'll join me in there,

Fausto Pugliese
