From today's advertiser: What’s the Retirement Trade? It’s a simple trading opportunity that appears almost every trading day, between 9:30 and 10:45 am EST where traders are making between $300-$1,100+ per contract. One of my favorite parts about this trade is how predictable it is. It occurs about 3-5 times each week. And once you know what you’re looking for, and how to enter/exit the trade this could become another nice stream of income for you.
I’m not sure how long I’ll leave this guide up for. So do yourself a favor and take 5 seconds to download it now. At least you’ll have a copy stored for future use! Click Here to Download Your FREE Strategy Guide Now

On Sunday, the Chinese Defense Minister met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, emphasizing Beijing's growing ties to Moscow, with which it has mainly aligned its foreign policy in an effort to lessen the influence of the United States and other Western democracies. Less than a month after Chinese leader Xi Jinping's three-day state visit to Moscow, Putin and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu met with Gen. Li Shangfu. China has refrained from criticizing Russia's military operations in Ukraine and accuses the US and NATO of inciting Moscow. However, China's foreign minister declared last week that, contrary to what the United States and other Western allies had anticipated, China would not be providing Russia with arms. Officially, China remains neutral in the Ukraine conflict. (read more) |

Even though high-yield dividend stocks may be alluring, focusing on growth rather than the greatest current yields may be the best course of action for a long-term, income-based investing plan. Since many high-yield investments have the potential to become dividend traps, in these circumstances, a dividend reduction or suspension, as well as/or deteriorating fundamentals, drive the stock lower. The cumulative dividends paid out are more significant than this. As shares rise in line with earnings growth, high-quality dividend-growth stocks can offer consistent distributions that rise over time and a greater likelihood of long-term capital appreciation. High quality is, of course, the main focus here. Many businesses can adopt significant dividend increases but then reduce them when their payout ratios are too high. Or if the cyclical nature of their businesses makes further increases difficult. As such, the best approach may be to focus on names with an existing long track record (at least ten years) of dividend growth and sustainable payouts (under 50% of earnings), all while offering some semblance of a yield (at least 1%). These seven dividend stocks meet our criteria. All possibly "dividend aristocrats" in the making, each one is currently raising their respective payouts by at least 10% annually. (read more) |

Florida man is at it again…assaulting people with food. As you may remember, a Florida man was arrested last month for slapping someone with a slice of pizza. Now another Florida man is in trouble for allegedly assaulting someone with chicken wings. The incident started when Robert Audette was arguing with his wife at home. As things escalated, Audette decided to throw chicken wings at his wife. She called 911. When officers arrived on scene, the victim said her husband threw wings at her and they hit her in the face and shoulder. Authorities said wing sauce was visible on the wife's face, neck and shoulder. But why was the couple arguing in the first place? This is what reportedly set the wings in motion. (read more) |

Rachel Montgomery of Oregon is suing Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche, an influential monk and trusted mentor, over allegations of sexual offenses that include rape. Montgomery says the offenses happened back in 2011 when she was 19-years-old. The pair reportedly met when Montgomery studied under him at the Dzogchen Retreat Center in Eugene. She claims that Choga got her drunk and raped her inside a Buddhist temple when she was 21, resulting in a pregnancy. "I feel like Buddhism was weaponized to take advantage of me. 'I don't want to say that it gets weaponized for everyone. But for me, it was weaponized," Montgomery said. Here's what she says happened when she confronted Choga with news of her pregnancy and what she wants everyone to know from her experience. (read more) |
