With rumors of an impending indictment swirling, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office "canceled" the grand jury meeting scheduled for Wednesday as part of the investigation into former President Trump. On Wednesday, the grand jury was supposed to meet and question at least one more witness. A Florida man found himself behind bars recently, and part of the reason is because of pizza. According to authorities, police responded to Ortelio Lazaro Alfonso's home after a 911 call was made due to a possible domestic disturbance. Alfonso reportedly had an argument with an unnamed female victim in the home. The female victim claims Alfonso became upset after she physically disciplined another individual in the home "on his bottom area." The victim's decision to discipline the individual in that way angered Alfonso and he quickly became verbally and physically abusive toward the female. But when authorities arrived, they were not prepared to find that the alleged assault on the victim involved pizza.
